Shipping policy

We offer USPS shipping rate options and free first class shipping for all US orders over $100, so glow shopping!  If your purchase is under $100, you will pay a flat fee of $5.95. If you wish to receive your package faster, you may opt for Priority Mail, which shipping cost is covered by the Buyer.  Keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal (total AFTER sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied) and does not include tax.

Once your fabulous order is placed and confirmed, we will begin processing. All in-stock items will ship in 1-3 business day (M-F) excluding the weekends and Holidays in which orders will ship in 2-4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select upon checkout. Please note, you may receive multiple packages. First Class shipping via USPS takes between 3-5 business days once an order is processed depending on location and Priority shipping via USPS takes 2-3 business days once processed depending on location.  Most orders are handpicked and shipped from our warehouse location in Syracuse, NY. Some orders are shipped directly from the Manufacturer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DO NOT FOLLOW THE SAME SHIPPING POLICY. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIP UPS. SHIPPING TIMES ARE MUCH LONGER FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES GLOW, THERE IS NO EXACT TIME FRAME IN WHICH YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PACKAGE DUE TO CUSTOMS. GLOW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM FEES, DUTIES, ETC.
