Return Policy

Thank you for becoming part of our Glow family! We love our customers and are here for you! If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund in the form of a store credit for the value of the merchandise. After the return has been initiated, any merchandise will need to be back to Glow by 14 days of when the order was received. Any orders returned outside the 14 day window will be refused and return shipping will be responsible by the buyer. Items must be in new condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. Please ensure the items are shipped back in the original shipping bag with all tags attached and the packing slip is included. All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Glow does not offer price adjustments for previously purchased items. Please allow up to 10 business days for Glow to receive and process your return. Glow reserves the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the item being returned (for ex: makeup stains or strong perfume). The return total will be issued in the form of a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Glow is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

We are a boutique offering unique finds with limited quantities. We, unfortunately, do not have the stock to be able to offer an exchange. By the time the item is sent back, we cannot guarantee the correct size will be available. We ask that you please follow the standard return policy. Initiate a Return


If for any reason you’re not feeling that Glow, please follow these easy steps to start your return.

  1. Be sure your garment has original tags & no signs of wear (makeup/perfume)
  2. Go to
  3. Sign in to your account
    • Select order on the left
    • Select the order you want to return
  4. Select the return my order button & provide a reason for return.
  5. Once submitted, use the pre-paid return label provided.
  6. Kindly reseal your garment in original packaging, keeping in mind that we do not accept returns on anything that has been worn or damaged.
  7. Send it back.
  8. Store credit will be issued upon inspection of returned item.
